Poble No

Synopsis
Barcelona 2004, the year of the celebrated Forum of Cultures and its famous “code of conduct”, advocating respect for the environment and for human beings of every condition. In the industrial district, now considered obsolete, bulldozers and speculators are at work. A film about a gutted territory, a gigantic building site from which, here and there, emerge the extravagance of towers and buildings — administrative headquarters, luxury hotels, etc. — still in the making.
