Synopsis

François, a young actor, is working on a new play, Orpheus by Jean Cocteau, in which he will have the leading role.

He has, in addition, in quick succession, lost his mother, a well-known photographer, found his absent father, a failed artist who renews contact via a video-letter and has just separated from his girlfriend Jamila, who has returned to Palestine.

In this succession of interpretations of the myth of Orpheus, François will be able to build his theatrical role and, more importantly, to reshape his own life.
