A landmark edition
This edition brings together fourteen films by Stephen Dwoskin, from his earliest works of the late 1960s to his video works of the early 2000s. Produced and published in Geneva by Les Films du Renard, it was developed directly with Stephen Dwoskin, who took part in selecting the films.
Preparing the edition required locating and bringing together materials held by several European archives, laboratories and distributors. Les Films du Renard worked in particular with the Royal Film Archive of Belgium and Studio L’Équipe in Brussels, the British Film Institute and LUX in London, as well as Omnimago and ZDF in Germany. LUX, which continues to distribute works by Stephen Dwoskin, was already one of the project’s partners in 2005–2006 for access to certain prints.
A copy of the box set is now held in the Stephen Dwoskin Archive at the University of Reading.

20th anniversary
To mark the twentieth anniversary of its publication, Les Films du Renard is bringing renewed attention to this original edition made with Stephen Dwoskin. Part of the original print run, preserved in Geneva, is now being offered again: brand-new, still-sealed copies, exactly as they were published in 2006.
